→ Fair enough. Before I go, is staffing the right number of agents something that's working well for you, or a bit of a headache?
“We already use something for that.”
→ Great, you've already got a process. What does it do well, and what do you wish it did better?
“Send me an email.”
→ Sure thing. So it's relevant, are you more focused on forecasting, scheduling, or managing AI alongside your team?
