→ Understood. Can I ask how your teams track projects today, in case there's something worth sharing?
“We already use something for that.”
→ Good to know, lots of teams do. How well does it work across departments, and does everyone actually use it?
“Send me an email.”
→ Sure thing. So it's relevant, which team would use it most, and what would they want to fix first?
