Objections they'll throw at you
“I'm busy right now.”
→ Totally fair, I'll be quick. I'm calling about keeping your warehouse in sync with production without engineers babysitting it. Is that something you deal with, or should I try next week?
“We're not interested.”
→ No problem. Out of curiosity, is that because your data is already fresh enough, or because it's not a priority right now?
“We already use something for this.”
→ Good, that means you've felt the problem. How's it holding up when your data volume spikes, and does anyone spend time fixing it?
“Just send me an email.”
→ Happy to. So I send you something useful, what's the main thing you'd want your data to do that it doesn't do today?
