Objections they'll throw at you
“I'm busy right now.”
→ Totally fair, I'll be quick. I just want to find out if care-gap reporting is a priority for you this year. Could I grab 10 minutes later this week?
“We're not interested.”
→ No problem. Most people I call say that before they know what we do. Can I ask just one question about how you track quality gaps today?
“We already use Epic or another analytics tool.”
→ That's common, and many of our customers run Epic too. We pull data from Epic and other sources together. Where does your current setup leave gaps, for example in claims or outside data?
“Just send me an email.”
→ Happy to. So I can make it useful, what's the one problem you'd most want it to speak to: quality scores, cost, or doctor workflow?
