Objections they'll throw at you
“I'm busy with clients right now.”
→ Of course, patients come first. When is a better time for a quick 5-minute call, maybe between sessions?
“We're not interested.”
→ I understand. Is that because admin is already under control, or because you've had bad experiences with outside help?
“We already have a billing company.”
→ That's great. How well do they handle payer contracting and rate negotiation, or is that still on you?
“Send me an email.”
→ Happy to. What's the biggest headache right now, billing, contracts, or something else, so I send the right info?
Interview tips for this company
- Learn what ABA therapy, BCBAs and payers (insurance companies) are, and be respectful of clinicians' time.
- Show empathy: these buyers are caregivers first and business owners second, so lead with helping them, not selling.
