→ Of course. I'll be brief. Would it be better to find ten minutes on your calendar later this week?
“Not interested.”
→ I hear you. Is your digital banking already where you want it, or is there something you'd change if you could?
“We already have a digital banking provider.”
→ Most institutions do. Switching is a big decision, so I'm just curious: how happy are you with it, and what would you improve?
“Send me an email.”
→ Absolutely. Who else on your team cares about digital banking, so I include them? And can I check back in a week?

Interview tips for this company
- Bank deals are long and have many decision makers. Show you understand a multi-month sales cycle and are fine with patient follow-up.
- Learn the basics: bank vs. credit union, core system, digital banking. Be able to explain them in one sentence each.
