SDR and BDR jobs are entry-level seats, and the requirements are usually a wish list. Customer-facing work (retail, serving, teaching, recruiting, sports) counts. Your best move is to message one of the insiders below before you apply.
What you'd actually do: Prospect by phone, email and social, qualify inbound and outbound leads, and hand opportunities to AEs selling property data and analytics.
Most people just hit Apply. Do these first and you show up with someone on the inside.
A friendly message to a current rep is the best way to stand out. Ask about their experience, not for a referral.
