The ideal candidate brings experience designing and scaling enablement programs within enterprise SaaS, ERP, HCM, or technology organizations and has a passion for helping sales teams succeed through impactful learning experiences, coaching frameworks, and data-driven enablement strategies.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute global sales enablement programs supporting onboarding, continuous learning, sales methodology adoption, and skill development.

- Support the adoption and reinforcement of IFS sales methodologies, processes, and value-selling approaches across internal and partner-facing teams.
- Create and maintain role-based enablement journeys for Account Executives, BDRs, Presales, Sales Leaders, and Partner sellers.
- Collaborate with frontline sales managers to strengthen coaching effectiveness and reinforce key selling behaviors throughout the customer lifecycle.
- Develop enablement content including playbooks, battlecards, messaging guides, competitive positioning, onboarding resources, and learning assets.
- Measure program effectiveness using KPIs such as ramp time, certification completion, quota attainment, win rates, seller readiness, and learner engagement.
- Manage enablement communications, learning technologies, and program logistics across global regions.
- Leverage feedback, performance data, and business insights to continuously improve enablement programs and learning experiences
What We're Offering:
- Salary Range: $140,000- $160,000, plus bonus
- Flexible paid time off, including sick and holiday

What Success Looks Like

- Frontline managers consistently reinforce coaching and methodology adoption.
- Enablement programs are aligned to strategic business priorities and measurable revenue outcomes.
- Partner sellers receive scalable enablement experiences that support successful joint selling.

- Experience designing and delivering onboarding and ongoing enablement programs at scale.
- Understanding of enterprise sales motions and sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC, Challenger, Value Selling, Command of the Message, or similar frameworks.
