Opens the job on M3's own careers site. Some companies ask you to create an account or click through another page first.
What you'd actually do: Research hotel owners and operators, run outbound calls, emails and LinkedIn outreach, and book qualified meetings for Account Executives selling hotel accounting software.
Most people just hit Apply. Do these first and you show up with someone on the inside.
A friendly message to a current rep is the best way to stand out. Ask about their experience, not for a referral.
